**** Field Sales Manager ****
The company sells a full of range janitorial & cleaning supplies - literally hundreds of products. Min order values between £75 - £150, but can be up to £1000s? Package:
Selling Points of company:
?Trading for 13 years
?Profitable monthly business, recession-proof industry
?Good amount of corporate, "blue-chip" customers in Central London.
Role:
This a field role which would be out on the road meeting new customers, managing existing business? this would be a full sales role involving:
?Arranging meetings with new and existing clients
?Handling both existing and new customer accounts
?Finding out about new opportunities and attending sales meetings
?The company are not a ?cheap' option and therefore it is important that this person is able to sell on service delivery and not simply because they are cheaper than the competition (because they are not)
?Negotiating pricing with independent health clubs / schools etc...
Candidate:
?Must have knowledge of working in the janitorial supplies industry or at least familiar with selling chemical type products. E.g. at least have some understanding of what product might be suitable for certain surfaces etc
?Ideally - experience of managing a small sales team
?Well presented
?Confident face to face with clients
?Personality is most important for them. Must be trustworthy and see the opportunity for them with the company.

Basic:20-30K (flex)OTE: uncapped, in the region of 20K
